We have a dedicated maintenance team to insure the house is well maintained and when necessary for an unforeseen emergency, help is at hand through our 24 hour helpline.
Our centrally based office in Abington is staffed by fifteen professionals who are there to guide and help when needed.
Finding a property could not be easier from viewing on Rightmove, On the Market or our own website. Then arrange a viewing by emailing or calling to choose a time. Students can be guaranteed a quick and easy process. Once that perfect home is found, paperwork is carried out electronically so that even the Tenancy contract can be signed online.
During the year we visit regularly to ensure the house is safe and there are no maintenance issues that need dealing with. At the end of the year we are there to help and give guidance prior to your leaving so that you have the best chance of receiving the return of your deposit in full.
